These are the guidelines for using the Monetime web site (“Monetime” or the “Site”), a service of c2mE Inc. By using Monetime you agree to be bound by the Monetime terms of use (the “Terms of Use”), of which these Site Guidelines are a part. Description of Monetime

Monetime is web-based software application that enable sellers of appointment based services and event planners to offer online registration or bookings to their customers. Appointment based service providers and event planners can come to Monetime, fill in details about their services or events through an online form and collect registration information and payment directly from their clients or attendees. Sellers can choose to accept payment for their services offline or through PayPal. For more information about Monetime’s services, please visit http://www.monetime.com .

Site Guidelines

You must not abuse, harass, threaten, intimidate or spam other Monetime users or any other person using the Site.
You may not use the Site to sell adult products or services or any other products or services prohibited by the Terms of Use or these Site Guidelines.
You must be able to competently provide any skills you claim to sell using Monetime.
You may not contact a seller using Monetime if you have no genuine interest in buying the seller’s service.
The information you provide and your activities on the Site must not:
a. be false, inaccurate or misleading;
b. be offensive or menacing, abusive, defamatory, or in breach of copyright, confidence, privacy or any other rights;
c. infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trade mark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
d. be fraudulent or involve the sale of adult services such as performing for hire, or offering or agreeing to perform for hire where there is an exchange of value, any acts that are sexual or done with the intent of arousing or gratifying the sexual desires of any person;
e. involve the use of the Site for any illegal purpose, or breach any applicable laws or regulations (including, but not limited to, laws governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising);
f. be obscene, indecent or contain child pornography;
g. create actual or in our judgment potential liability for us or cause us to or in our judgment create the risk that we could lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers;
h. contain any computer viruses, macro viruses, trojan horses, worms or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer or to surreptitiously intercept, access without authority or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
i. cause the Site to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or such that the effectiveness or functionality of the Site is in any way impaired; or
j. undermine the integrity of our feedback and review system.
Violation of these Site Guidelines entitles us to terminate your Monetime account without notice.
